Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Georgia Steel & Chemical Company, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Georgia Steel & Chemical Company, Inc ships merchandise to Canada as well but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

GS Series Washing and Drying units are not returnable.  

Each unit is tested a minimum of (3x) before being shipped from our facility. Each unit is fit, undamaged, and in perfect working order when shipped. We ask that any recipient of these machines unpack them upon receipt and check for damage that may have occurred in the shipping process. 

If damage is found this should be noted on the BOL so that the shipping company can be contacted for reimbursement of damage cost. We will work to fix any damage to the machine in this instance, however, if the unit(s) are signed for without checking for damage and it is later found, we cannot cover the cost of any repairs as we will not receive reimbursement from any shipping company where the freight has been signed for as received and received in good condition.    

Except in circumstances where the incorrect product was shipped, we do not take returns on the following chemistries:

FG350

FK270

RP355

The FG350 has a one year from date of manufacture shelf life.

Returns on remaining products may be taken within 15 days of date of order, however, there will be a 25% restocking fee on returns where the item was mistakenly ordered and/or incorrect quantity was the fault of the ordering company/organization.  Shipping charges back to our facility will be the responsibility of the returning company/organization and credit/refund will not be issued on any returned product that is found to be damaged upon return.
